The program requires that the short date format be MM/dd/yyyy. If your date format is different, you will not be able to add the person to a class until it’s changed.

    1. Open Regional and Language Options in Control Panel.

    2. On the Regional Options tab, under Standards and formats, click Customize.

    3. On the Date tab, specify any changes you want to make under Short date.

If you do not see the format you want in Short date:

Type MM/dd/yyyy in the Short Date

This format will display – July 25, 2015 as 07/25/2015

Use an upper case M for the month setting. The lowercase m is used for the minute setting.

    Note

To open Regional and Language Options, click Start, click Control Panel, click Date, Time, Language, and Regional Options, and then click Regional and Language Options.
