• • Add a Respirator Fit Record
    1. From the Main Menu, click People
    2. Click Respirator Fit
    3. Click ‘Add’ on the bottom of the ‘Respirator Fit’ browse screen.
    4. The ‘Respirator Fit Test’ record window will appear. Enter the appropriate information.
    5. By default, all new records are deemed incomplete and appear color-coded in red on the browse screen. Once the ‘Complete’ checkbox is clicked, color-coding will change to green on the browse screen to indicate the completion of the tests.

  • Edit a Respirator Fit Record
    1. By default, all new records are deemed incomplete and appear color-coded in red on the browse screen. Once the ‘Complete’ checkbox is clicked, color-coding will change to green on the browse screen to indicate the completion of the tests.
    2. To edit a Respirator Fit Test', double click on the specific record, or select it and click 'Edit'.
    3. The ‘Respirator Fit Test’ record window will appear. Make the appropriate changes.
    4. Click 'Save' when complete.

  • Printing a Respirator Fit Record
    Print an Individual Respirator Fit Record

    1. Open the appropriate Respirator Fit record.
    2. Click the ‘Printer’ icon on the bottom of the ‘Respirator Fit' record window.
    3. A print preview screen will appear. Double-check the information.
    4. Click the ‘Print’ icon on the ‘Print Options’ toolbar.
    5. If the ‘Print Options’ toolbar is not visible on the print preview screen, right-click on the report to view the print options menu.

    Print a Company Respirator Fit Report

    1. Choose a filter, if applicable.
    2. Click the ‘Printer’ icon on top of the ‘Respirator Fit’ browse screen.
    3. A print preview window will appear. Double-check the information.
    4. Click the ‘Print’ icon on the ‘Print Options’ toolbar.
    5. If the ‘Print Options’ toolbar is not visible on the print preview screen, right-click on the report to view the print options menu.
