    • Add a Medical Test Record
      1. From the Main Menu, click People
      2. Click on Medical Tests.
      3. Click ‘Add’ on the bottom of the ‘Medical Test’ browse screen.
      4. The ‘Medical Test’ record window will appear. Enter the information.
      5. By default, all new records are deemed incomplete and appear color-coded in red on the browse screen. Once the ‘Complete’ checkbox is clicked, color-coding will change to green on the browse screen to indicate the completion of the tests.
      6. Click ‘Save’ when complete.

      * The record will be saved to the Medical Test sub-module and the ‘Medical’ tab on the personnel record in the People > People sub-module.

    • Edit a Medical Test Record
      1. To Edit a record, Double click on the specific record, or select it and click 'Edit'.
      2. The ‘Medical Test’ record window will appear. Make the appropriate changes.
      3. Click the ‘Passed’ and ‘Complete’ checkboxes as appropriate. The ‘Complete’ checkbox controls the color coding on the browse screen, which will change to green for the record once ‘Complete’ is checked.
      4. Click 'Save' when complete.

      * The record will be saved to the Medical Test sub-module and the ‘Medical’ tab on the personnel record in the People > People sub-module.

    • Printing a Medical Test Record
      Print an Individual Medical Test Record
      1. Open the appropriate Medical Test record.
      2. Click the ‘Printer’ icon on the bottom of the ‘Medical Test’ record window.
      3. A print preview screen will appear. Double-check the information.
      4. Click the ‘Print’ icon on the ‘Print Options’ toolbar.
      5. If the ‘Print Options’ toolbar is not visible on the print preview screen, right-click on the report to view the print options menu.
      Print a Company Medical Test Report
      1. Choose a filter, if applicable.
      2. Click the ‘Printer’ icon on top of the ‘Medical Test’ browse screen.
      3. A print preview window will appear. Double-check the information.
      4. Click the ‘Print’ icon on the ‘Print Options’ toolbar.
      5. If the ‘Print Options’ toolbar is not visible on the print preview screen, right-click on the report to view the print options menu.
