    Article 2 – Send Error to Vendor

    Did you know that you can set up Simply Alert! to send us an email if you encounter an error while using the program. If there are problems with Simply Alert, clicking on the ‘Send to Vendor’ button will send CCD Systems an email containing your log settings, which we can then use to see the errors that you are receiving. The button can be found on the configuration screen of the application. The same settings can be configured within the Notification Service.
