      1. Click ‘Add’.
      2. The ‘Job Inventory’ record window will appear. Fill in the appropriate information.
      3. Click 'Save' when complete

      2. The ‘Job Inventory’ record window will appear. Make the appropriate changes.

      Print a Job Inventory Record

      1. Click the ‘Printer’ icon at the top of the ‘Job Inventory’ browse screen.
      2. A print preview screen will appear. Double-check the information.
      3. Click the ‘Print’ icon on the ‘Print Options’ toolbar.
      4. If the ‘Print Options’ toolbar is not visible on the print preview screen, right-click on the report to view the print options menu.
