If user encounters the following message when logging into Simply Safety!,
“.Accde is in use by another user“, then the first user may have loaded the program in exclusive mode.
— Run RegEdit and navigate to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\CCD Health Systems\Simply Safety
— Edit each of the CmdLine__ settings and remove any “/excl” text.
— Get all users to exit the application, then try logging in again.
** Note, this change will need to be made on all workstations that have SS installed.
