Event displays a valid severity and department but one or both changes when the event is edited or when you click the event ID from within the email.
If you see this issue, there are 2 areas in the configuration that need to be checked:
- Within the Type Maintenance module, select each event type (one at a time) and verify on the Phases tab that each phase is displayed only once. If duplicate records appear, try to remove the record that was added at the individual type level (or call CCD Systems for assistance).
- Within the Collection Lists module, open the rows under the CCD_EventAdministation Collection List and uncheck the 3 rows – Actual Severity, Department and Bring Forward Date. These fields are enabled elsewhere and should not be collected in the Adminstration section.
